What about email?
I'll set up an email account for your site. This can be called whatever you like, for example enquiries@yourdomain.com, info@yourdomain.com, yourname@yourdomain.com, or anything else you can think of.
My favourite tool for reading and writing email is gmail. You can access it anywhere, it's easy to use, and it has the cleverest spam filter I've ever seen. (Really – I've had no spam in two years.) Gmail can be set up to collect email from any email account, and to send it from that account too.
So I'll also create a gmail account for you, and I can set it up to collect your site's email. (If you already have a gmail account, we can use that – you'll still be able to use your gmail address.)
If you would prefer to use a program on your computer (such as Outlook Express) to download your email, then Hostgator have some great written tutorials and video tutorials on how to do this – and of course either I or Hostgator can talk you through the process.
